FastGig is seeking a store supervisor for its Singapore flagship and Southeast Asia expansion. You will oversee daily operations, lead and support the retail team, and drive sales toward store targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage merchandise displays, stock levels and inventory, ensure cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and assist with staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring. Apparel retail experience and strong leadership are preferred.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Apparel/fashion retail experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, responsible and hands-on.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
