Store Assistant Manager – Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and administration.

2. Drive overall store sales and achieve monthly and yearly targets.

3. Set sales goals for Beauty Advisors and monitor performance.

4. Generate sales reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.

5. Handle customer issues with effective service recovery strategies.

6. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand image and layout.

7. Support new product launches.
