Duties:
Drive store and team sales performance to meet targets
Set and monitor sales goals; analyze data and prepare reports
Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver service excellence

Ensure smooth daily operations, staffing, and crisis management
Manage inventory, store facilities, and safety protocols
Oversee customer service standards and implement service recovery when needed
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to uphold brand image
Handle order fulfilment, returns, and customer interactions
Monitor productivity and lead efficiency and innovation initiatives
Support new product launches and service enhancements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience
At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams
Strong awareness of current and emerging beauty trends
Proven track record of surpassing sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service
