Job description

  • Job Scope:

    • Manage the tennis centre, including managing the retail store inventory.

    • Managing client’s database through CRM, including contacting clients, managing inquiries, managing online booking systems / packages.

    • Contributing to the development of long-term strategic goals and objectives for the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision.

    • Overseeing the daily operations of tennis centers, pro shops, and cafes, ensuring smooth running and efficient processes.

    • Scheduling and managing staff workflows, verifying client sign-ins and coordinating coach schedules.

    • Maintaining accurate inventory records of equipment and supplies, and ensuring timely replenishment.

    • Liaising with suppliers and service providers to maintain a smooth supply chain and ensure timely delivery and maintenance of pro shop inventory.

    • Preparing regular reports for the CEO, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying areas for improvement.

    • Assisting the marketing agency by providing materials for social media platforms, contributing to content creation, and supporting marketing campaigns.

    • Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and building positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business administration (MBA) or a specialized degree in sports management is essential.

  • Previous experience in the sports industry, particularly tennis

  • Experience in managing operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory management.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as inventory management, CRM, and financial software.

  • Understanding of tennis rules, regulations, equipment, and industry trends.
