Job description

Duties and responsibilities :

• To maintain Daifuku AMHS equipment as a member of the sustaining project and support team at the customer's facility.

• Support the integration of software with AMHS hardware components, ensure the software configurations meet the requirements.

• Assists in the testing and commissioning of software, system on-site.

• Assists in supporting the Customer after project go-live

• Assists in setting up PC, Server and other peripherals.

• Provide technical support for software-related issues. Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Assists in the routine maintenance of AMHS systems, including applying software updates, patches, and ensuring the systems remain up-to-date.

• Standby support and need to go site after office hour if required.

Job Requirement :

• Experience with AMHS, Cleanroom Automation system is a plus.

• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL, Oracle preferred.

• Basic understanding on Linux language.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

• Possess good communication skill and willingness to learn.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
