Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product displays
  • Lead and guide the showroom team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Attend to walk-in customers, interior designers, and project clients professionally
  • Provide product consultation and recommend suitable materials based on design needs
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers on showroom samples and inventory
  • Maintain CRM database and follow up on leads, quotations, and project timelines
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to align customer needs and company goals
  • Organize and support in-house events, product launches, or design showcases
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 2–5 years of showroom, sales, or client-facing experience in building materials or design industry
  • Good design sense and ability to interpret interior concepts and material specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
