Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and boosting team morale.
• Enhance shop operational efficiency while ensuring staff adherence to company guidelines and standards.
• Manage all aspects of store operations and provide comprehensive administrative support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in the retail or service industry.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
