2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
The Assistant Centre Manager's (preferably fluent in Chinese and English) main duty is to ensure the smooth running of daily classes at the school. Other duties include:
In-charge of daily staffing and class scheduling.
Handle customers' enquiries and requests through email, phone, and social media.
Operation of online school management system.
Issuing of invoices and collection of fees.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for the director.
