Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) is seeking an AV/Videoconferencing technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination for integrated AV systems in Singapore. You will conduct scheduled maintenance, implement approved fixes, and ensure system reliability.

The role involves remote and onsite fault diagnosis, collaboration with clients, and escalation of complex issues to manufacturers. Candidates should be prepared to work standard hours with potential after-hours deployment for

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct scheduled maintenance with clients and execute approved corrective actions to ensure system reliability.
• Perform remote and onsite fault diagnosis to resolve issues across integrated AV and Videoconferencing (VC) systems.
• Evaluate technical risk, elevate complex issues to product manufacturers, and manage vendor responses within SLA timelines.

Working day: Mon-Fri

Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (open to working outside of working hours for project deployment)
