Job summary

REACH Community Services Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Senior Social Worker to join our Family Service Centre team in Singapore.

You will provide casework, counselling, and information/referral services to individuals and families, and support development of junior professionals. The role involves supervising junior staff, leading group programmes, and collaborating with community partners to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work recognised for practice in Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a Family Service Centre or community-based setting.
• At least 2–3 years of experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding junior staff or students.
• Strong casework, counselling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
• Team player with dedication to serving vulnerable individuals and families.
