Responsibilities:
  • Provide counselling, case management, and tailored intervention programs.
  • Develop and implement specialized programs to support childhood cancer survivors.
  • Collaborate with community partners and schools to facilitate reintegration efforts.
  • Supervise and mentor program support staff in planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of operational guidelines, workflows, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work.
  • Registered Social Worker Accreditation.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct practice experience in casework and programme.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in program planning.
  • Experience in working with children and youth.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform social work administrative functions.
