About the Team
The Talent Management team in the Office of Human Resources plays a key role in driving the organization's talent agenda, strengthening the leadership pipeline by identifying and developing talents through structured programmes. The team focuses on three key areas:

  1. Talent Identification & Engagement: Identifying talents and potential successors for critical roles through initiatives such as Succession Planning, talent assessments, career development conversations and leadership engagement sessions.
  2. Career Development: Enabling talents to manage their careers effectively through career development planning, and targeted development programmes that prepare them for future leadership roles.
  3. Talent Progression: Tracking talent development milestones, facilitating career progression, and providing data-driven insights on the overall talent landscape and leadership bench strength.

What You Will be Working On
In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and manage a range of leadership preparatory development programmes for different talent groups within the organization. These programmes incorporate 70:20:10 learning components such as structured workshops, assessments, action learning projects, and networking sessions.
  2. Design, manage, and facilitate leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, career development conversations, and leadership engagement/networking sessions with senior leaders.
  3. Design and implement structured talent review process to identify a pool of promising talents for key leadership positions as part of the Succession Planning initiative.
  4. Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to understand talent management challenges and provide both strategic and operational support, leveraging deep knowledge of key talents within each cluster.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reporting of talent profiles and succession plans.
  6. Collect and analyze talent data to evaluate programme effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
  7. Manage systems and tools to generate insights for talent management initiatives.
  8. Strategically plan, communicate, and implement various Talent Management initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or HR Business Partnering.
• Demonstrated ability in managing HiPO development programmes, talent reviews and succession planning for large organisation.
• Comfortable with managing both strategic and operational work, including extensive talent data with a meticulous, hands-on approach and strong follow-through.
• Collaborative and influential in engaging HR Partners and line managers to drive alignment on key priorities.
• Self-driven, responsible, and possess high professional integrity in handling confidential information.
