The NUS Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) fosters a lifelong relationship between the National University of Singapore (NUS) and its alumni. The candidate will be responsible for engaging the University’s Chinese alumni residing in and outside Singapore, as well as planning, organising and delivering bilingual alumni-focused programmes, events and activities.
• A recognised degree with at least 7 years of work experience, preferably in engagement, partnerships or marketing.
• A self-starter who is creative, resourceful and good with people.
• A good communicator with strong diplomacy skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to effectively engage Chinese-speaking alumni and produce bilingual content
• Good project management skills, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Hands-on, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work and travel beyond regular office hours and on weekends, when necessary.
