Key responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop/implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead/manage data analysts/scientists.

  • Collaborate with departments to identify data-driven opportunities.

Data Management

  • Oversee data collection, warehouse creation, and quality assurance.

  • Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.

Analytics and Insights

  • Guide advanced analytics model development.

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making organization-wide.

Technology and Infrastructure

  • Evaluate/implement data analytics tools and technologies.

  • Oversee data infrastructure development/maintenance with CI/CD for reliable, secure deployment.

Reporting and Communication

  • Present findings/recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Develop/maintain dashboards and reporting systems.

Key requirements
  • Degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.

  • 8–10 years in manpower planning analytics/modelling.

  • Strong data summarization, visualization, and presentation skills.

  • Expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and BI databases.

Technical Skills

  • Tools: Python, R, SQL, AWS S3, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake.

  • Methods: Machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, statistical modeling, advanced Excel.

  • Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint.
