Assistant Security Manager – Ensure Hotel Safety & Lead the Team!
Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Shifts: Rotating (7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, 11 PM – 7 AM)

Job Summary:

Join YWCA, Fort Canning as an Assistant Security Manager to ensure the safety of hotel guests, employees, and property!

Lead and manage a team of security personnel, responding to incidents and maintaining a secure environment. ️

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop security policies & emergency plans.
• ️ Lead, supervise & coordinate security officers.
• Monitor CCTV, access control & alarm systems.
• ️ Conduct patrols, risk assessments & safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents, disputes & lost-and-found cases.
• Train staff on safety & emergency procedures.
• Liaise with law enforcement & emergency services.
• Assist in managing crises like evacuations & fire alarms.

Requirements:

• WSQ Diploma in Security (or equivalent).
• ️ Valid PLRD Security License (CSO rank).
• Proven experience in hotel security and operations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing security teams.
• Familiar with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, & communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including weekends & public holidays).
