Our ideal candidate is a social and digital native, one who has experience having developed and executed social-first campaigns across multiple markets. With a flair for creative concepting and good sense of brand development, s/he is comfotable with driving day-to-day marketing activities and long-term market strategies. Responsibilities:
Driving and leading social strategy, creation and execution for platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, RED
Management of the brand's social always-on content, working closely with in-market leads and agencies to ensure consistent brand message, Scoot's tone-of-voice and brand guidelines to result in strong top-of-mind recall for Scoot
Community management of Scoot's social media pages, including scanning of direct messages, comments and complaints to manage responses and overall channel health
Providing social media promotional support for internal teams e.g. cabin services or network planning
Supporting with social listening and analysis, identifying trends and monitoring competitor activities to help inform strategies for Scoot
Overseeing project timelines and implementation dates, ensuring timely delivery of all projects as planned
Providing guidance and mentorship to younger team members, helping them with their personal development and growth
Requirements:
Academic requirement: Degree preferred
6-8 years of direct experience in brand/social communications managing multiple social media accounts, in a creative agency or on the client front. SEA market experience is a minimum, global market experience a plus.
Proven experience developing marketing and communications campaigns, including but not limited to social media, content strategy and PR-led campaigns
Clear and engaging storyteller who is able to build a good narrative
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business acumen
Infectious energy and enthusiasm; able to inspire and excite
Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
Independent self-starter and excellent communicator
Having aviation, travel or hospitality industry experience, project management is a bonus
