Job description

Assistant Sales Manager (B2C)

  • Up till $5000 basic + quarterly commission + AWS

  • Good Career Progression to Managerial role

  • For industry dealing with Architectural & Interior:

  • 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

The Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to improve our win rate to achieve or exceed sales target.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team by instilling process discipline on leads management and pipeline development.

  • Develop and implement new sales model to improve customer reach and engagement .

  • Develop and build a strong dealers and resellers network to increase our footprint in the market.

  • Responsible for overall profitability of the business.

  • Regularly monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales operations.

The Requirements

  • Degree in Business or equivalent qualification or related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in B2C market, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

  • Knowledge in home and interior furnishing and experience in managing resellers/dealers.

  • Achievement-oriented to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

  • Implement and model sales discipline.
