Job description

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (M1-1026)
Location: Temasek Blvd
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
Salary: 4,000 – 5,500 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new B2B customers in the food manufacturing sector.
•Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in plant-based meat ingredients, additives, and other food chemicals.
•Build strong relationships with customers and internal sourcing teams.
•Follow up on groundwork already done for certain product segments.
•Work closely with global suppliers and partners to source and match products according to customer requirements.
•Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients and suppliers.
•Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Requirements:
•Proven sales experience (minimum 2–3 years) in food ingredients, food additives, or B2B food chemical sales.
•Strong hunter mentality with ability to work independently and develop new accounts from scratch.
•Able to understand technical product details and match them to customer needs.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
