We own more than 10 hospitality assets and operate a portfolio of over 16,500 rooms across 100 hotels and serviced residences in eight countries: Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore, with more in development.

Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization professionally by presenting Serviced Residences' products and services.
  • Engage in daily sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, residence visits, entertainment, tradeshows, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process: establish rapport, ask open questions, follow up, manage expectations, address conflicts, overcome objections, close deals, and gather feedback.
  • Acquire new sales leads and prospects, establishing accounts to grow the client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty.
  • Manage leads, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide suitable solutions within response timeframes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies utilizing company systems and tools, including property management and CRM systems, and loyalty programs where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Operations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Work with Revenue Management to optimize rates and occupancy.
  • Ensure timely responses and effective communication.
  • Gather and share market intelligence publicly available.
  • Provide regular updates on activities and market insights to superiors and team.
  • Meet monthly sales targets aligned with cluster budget objectives.
  • Promote and enroll clients in the loyalty program.
  • Review account portfolios regularly, analyze performance, and present findings for strategic planning.
  • Adhere to statutory regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Follow up on outstanding or overdue payments.
  • Participate in promotional activities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
