Assistant Sales Manager (Retail) / Retail MNC

Our client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (Retail) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Islandwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing strategies to achieve sales targets and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Participate in recruiting, training, and developing store staff. Motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

3. Ensure the team builds and maintains long-term client relationships through effective use of customer service techniques and clienteling strategies.

4. Oversee daily operations to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.

5. Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure the store's appearance aligns with brand guidelines.

6. Assist in managing payroll budgets and other expenses to ensure financial goals are met.

7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. Min 5 years of managerial level in retail operations.

3. Experience and Knowledge in retail management.
