Responsibilities:
Identify and track new business opportunities through market research and regular engagement with clients and consultants.
Prepare internal reports, board papers, and conduct competitor and market analysis.
Oversee tasks and timelines within the business department; guide junior staff to ensure timely deliverables.
Coordinate tender submissions, risk assessments, and presentations; liaise with internal teams and external consultants.
Assist in planning and executing business events and marketing initiatives in collaboration with management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the built environment sector, with at least 3 years in a construction or architectural consultancy setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership capabilities, including experience mentoring team members and coordinating cross-functional teams or external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
