Assistant Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment | MNC) - Up to $5,200 + Allowance + AWS

• Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment Industry)
• Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 Basic Salary + $1,500 Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Meal Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
• Leverage digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive online sales
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Possess own vehicle
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players is required
