A recruiting agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts in the consumer food service sector. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, and experience in food distribution, particularly with Japanese products. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing key accounts (consumer food service).
Identify and secure new business opportunities in local market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with Operations teams for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and inventory planning.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Negotiate terms and pricing with customers and partners to maximize profitability.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food distribution, or a related industry; experience in Japanese food products is an advantage.
Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage to communicate with management and customers.

Office located in Tanjong Penjuru
Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
