The Sales Manager shall report to the BU Head/Div Manager (as applicable) and is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion through strategic planning, research, and development initiatives for the assigned Business Segment. This role is pivotal in forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies to enhance organizational performance while identifying new business opportunities.

  • Lead and spearhead business development initiatives focusing on assigned Business Segment to scale our solutions or develop new capabilities to drive revenue growth

  • To grow and develop business opportunities within and beyond Singapore

  • Plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification beyond the local market.

  • Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, assess potential adjacent markets, and develop projects for new marketing initiatives.

  • Evaluate potential green field through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning.

  • Monitor the activities of external and internal parties to achieve business objectives.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering related field (Automotive, ICT Infrastructure preferred)

  • More than 3 years of experience in solutions and business selling skills

  • Experienced in account management, business analytics and financial modelling.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Responsible as Bid Manager leading pre-sales technical team for the preparation and presentation of tender responses, solution proposals and quotation for clients

  • Required to participate in tender bid, sales quotations, seminars and exhibitions

  • Required to meet assigned sales objectives/targets

  • Develop and negotiate contracts/agreements with customers and partners

  • Outgoing, independent, and possess strong people skills.

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.

  • Singaporean only
