- Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships.
- Engage customers by attending to sales inquiries and conducting site visits.
- Prepare sales contracts and follow up with clients on event details.
- Maintain good service standards by checking feedback from guests and making necessary improvements.
- Generate, review, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the Director of Sales.
- Participate in ongoing research of the travel industry to detect market trends and related information for the development of new marketing strategies.
- Make reasonable recommendations to improve potential from various markets.
- Mentor to guide the team as and when required.
- Ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hotel sales and managerial experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
