Job Scope

• Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Help build and maintain sales pipelines, assisting the team with gap analyses and brand/category evaluations.
• Provide administrative support for sales presentations, reporting, and client outreach.
• Support the management of client relationships, ensuring that Licensors’ policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in creating business management calendars and coordinating marketing and brand-building initiatives.
• Help prepare reports and communications for Business Unit Heads (BUH) on client activities and performance.
• Assist in conducting regular business reviews with licensees, tracking product development and distribution progress.
• Support the marketing team in ensuring effective retail visibility and product placement for licensed products.
• Help the Finance team monitor licensee payments and ensure timely submission of royalty reports.

Requirement

• Degree in Business Management equivalent and above
• 3 - 5 years related sales experience with business development background
• Experience in role related brand management responsibilities is an advantage
