Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Air Freight) to join their team!

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the air freight industry? Join our client's dynamic team as an Assistant Sales Manager and take your career to new heights. This role offers the chance to develop key client relationships, execute innovative sales strategies, and contribute to the success of a leading logistics company.

What you'll be doing?

Build client relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key accounts and contacts to secure new business opportunities.

Drive sales growth: Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects.

Ensure client satisfaction: Conduct regular reviews with accounts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retain business.

Meet targets: Work towards achieving personal sales targets and team KPIs.

Market analysis: Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Performance review: Analyze sales performance against annual plans and develop strategies to address any shortfalls.

Contribute to team success: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.
