Build client relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key accounts and contacts to secure new business opportunities.
Drive sales growth: Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
Ensure client satisfaction: Conduct regular reviews with accounts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retain business.
Meet targets: Work towards achieving personal sales targets and team KPIs.
Market analysis: Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Performance review: Analyze sales performance against annual plans and develop strategies to address any shortfalls.
Contribute to team success: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.
Industry experience: Candidates with at least 5 years of sales hunting experience in Air Freight, preferably in the logistics industry.
Educational background: A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Strong communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality to build lasting relationships.
