Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personal at various client organizations in order to solicit information for securing business
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects
• Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
• Ensure personal sales targets and/or team KPIs are met
• Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Review periodic sales performance against annual plan and strategize corrective actions if expectation falls below target
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department/ Managing Director

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline with min. 5 years of sales hunting experience in Air Freight, preferably in the logistics industry
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality
• Sales driven to achieve set targets
