Job summary

A prominent catering company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to manage client relationships and drive sales. The role involves responding to inquiries, soliciting new corporate clients through outreach, and ensuring exceptional service in event planning. Candidates should possess a relevant qualification with at least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, and must be proficient in both English and Mandarin. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on creativity and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, and have a strong sense of urgency.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to manage Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

Working days: 5 days

Location: Located in the West (Pandan Loop)
