Job Responsibilities
Strategic Client Management and Business Development
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to support long-term business growth and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client bases.
Grow sales pipelines through various leads generation, strategic sponsorships and promotional activities.
Internal Collaborations for Strategic Growth
Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the architectural and design sectors.
Coordinate with the product development team to provide market-driven feedback on product offerings and potential new products.
Leadership and Team Development
Mentor and coach junior sales staff to help them meet their individual targets and develop their professional skills.
Lead team meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company goals and continuous improvement in sales tactics.
Market Analysis and Reporting
Conduct market analysis to identify potential new markets or sectors for business expansion.
Regularly report on sales progress and market conditions to senior management, using data to guide strategic decisions.
Seek ways to improve sales processes and enhance customer engagement strategies.
Implement new technologies or tools to improve sales efficiency and customer relationship management.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the interior surface industry or a related field.
Minimum tertiary education preferred, with at least 5 years of B2B experience in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence, network, and build relationships across different client settings.
Proactive, independent, and adaptable, with a passion for driving business success.
Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
