We are seeking an experienced Assistant / Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the defence sector. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative solutions to government and military clients.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets for our products/services for both government and commercial sectors, local and overseas with a focus on but not limited to Defence related opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan.
  • Identify and target potential clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales prospecting methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare compelling proposals for potential clients.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with local Defence ecosystem essential.
  • System management experience an advantage.
  • Track record of at least 3 years in sales and/or business development an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Singaporean only.
