Job Responsibilities

• Manage a designated product category, including inventory, pricing, displays, and sales analysis.

• Optimize sales floor space to boost product visibility and sales.

• Drive category growth by meeting sales targets and analyzing performance trends.

• Collaborate with Merchandising Managers and suppliers on promotions and LSM issues.

• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving escalated issues and enhancing the shopping experience.

• Train and coach Retail Assistants on category knowledge, procedures, and performance standards.

• Support RM/ARM in creating effective staff rosters and managing manpower resources.

• Perform cashiering and assist with Retail Assistant duties during peak periods.

• Handle purchase orders, stock reports, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Lead daily briefings to align team goals and priorities.

• Assist in stock-takes to ensure accurate inventory management.

• Undertake other tasks as assigned by RM/ARM.
