Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage the Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Coach and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence.
Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.
Analyze sales reports, identify business opportunities, and implement action plans to drive performance.
Handle customer issues, complaints, and after-sales service professionally and effectively.
Represent the brand at all times with a polished and professional image.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Working hours: 5.5 days work week/ 44 hours
