Job description

Basic from $2500 to $3500 plus Commission (unlimited)

Sales Target Achievement:
  • Drive store sales performance
  • Set, monitor, and track sales goals for Beauty Advisors (BAs)
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports
  • Implement strategies and accurately document sales transactions
People Management:
  • Lead and guide the team with a clear service vision
  • Encourage team collaboration
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements
Service Excellence:
  • Establish and refine service operations for seamless customer experience
  • Maintain high-quality service standards
  • Develop a service recovery plan for customer satisfaction
  • Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and build strong client relationships
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee retail administration, crisis management, and staff assignments
  • Manage inventory and ensure efficient store operations
  • Develop and implement store security and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand standards and optimize retail space
  • Manage processing, fulfillment, and handling of customer orders, including returns
Innovation and Productivity Initiatives:
  • Evaluate productivity and drive improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance performance and innovation
  • Lead new product or service initiatives as required
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in store management
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service
