Job description

Location: Multiple Locations (Mainly in Central & South & East, will be based on outlet availability)

Working Days/time: 6 days/week, 44hr/week

Basic Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS + Split Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient daily restaurant operations by overseeing, maintaining quality, hygiene, and cleanliness control as well as executing events by preparing staff briefings
  • Collect, address and review customer feedback promptly to ensure service enhancement.
  • Comply with HR standards when handling recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning of employees as well as training and providing constructive feedback to ensure service standards
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective operational execution, cost control, and menu planning.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, POS updates, cash handling, generating monthly reports as well as cash management and daily bank-ins.
Job Requirements
  • Min. 3 years of F&B experience in leadership role
  • Comfortable with working weekends and shift work
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Proficient in managing P&L and driving profitability
