Assists Restaurant Manager in all food service operations including guest relations; staff supervision and development; follow-up on general cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant (QSC) and look after each and every aspect which influences the business of the restaurant.
Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services.
Assists in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the store.
Assists back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food- and services-related areas.
Coordinates departmental responsibilities.
Follows proper procedures and is meticulous in completing secondary duties assigned.
Trains front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel.
Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years related experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
Love challenges and able to work under pressure.
Customer-service oriented personality.
