Job description

Assists Restaurant Manager in all food service operations including guest relations; staff supervision and development; follow-up on general cleanliness and maintenances of the restaurant (QSC) and look after each and every aspect which influences the business of the restaurant.

• Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services

• Assists in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the store

• Assists back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food - and services - related areas

• Coordinates departmental responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures and be meticulous in completing secondary duties assigned

• Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel

• Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
