A leading company in the food and beverage sector is seeking an Assistant to the Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will support food service operations while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, demonstrate customer-service orientation, and work effectively under pressure. Assists Restaurant Manager in all food service operations including guest relations; staff supervision and development; follow-up on general cleanliness and maintenances of the restaurant (QSC) and look after each and every aspect which influences the business of the restaurant.
Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services
Assists in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the store
Assists back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food - and services - related areas
Coordinates departmental responsibilities
Follow proper procedures and be meticulous in completing secondary duties assigned
Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel
Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years related experience
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Process positive attitude and responsibilities
Love challenges and able to work under pressure
Customer-service oriented personality
