Une entreprise de gestion de ressources humaines recherche un superviseur de restaurant pour un établissement à Tampinese Mall, Singapour. Key responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial reporting
Ensure excellent customer experience by providing attentive and personalized service to all guests
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and control costs
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
Able to work on weekends, festive seasons and holidays.
6 days per week
