Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service, uphold quality standards, and deliver an excellent dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise and train front-of-house staff to ensure high service standards
  • Support in managing staff rosters, attendance, and performance
  • Handle guest feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for orders
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Oversee cash handling and daily sales reports
  • Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
Qualifications
