Key Responsibilities

· Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.

· Supervise service staff, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently met.

· Foster positive relationships with members to enhance their dining experience and build loyalty.

· Coach and mentor team members to uphold and deliver consistent service excellence.

· Address member concerns promptly and professionally.

· Proactively gather feedback to understand members’ preferences and expectations better.

· Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

· Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols.

· Comply with the Club’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the management team to support overall F&B operations.

Requirements

· Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE ‘O’ Level.

· At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity

· Well-groomed with a consistently professional appearance.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with, motivate and lead the team.

· Positive and proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and motivate others.

· Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining focus to guide the team through busy and challenging situations.

· Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

· Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
