We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, uphold service excellence, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistency with established SOPs and service standards
- Manage and execute event operations, liaising with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a high attention to detail, promoting a culture of excellence and ownership across the service team
- Actively seek and respond to guest feedback, ensuring prompt and professional service recovery
- Support sales performance by identifying opportunities for revenue growth and service improvement
- Oversee training and development, providing coaching and ensuring high service competency
- Ensure outlet cleanliness and manage preventive maintenance for all equipment and assets
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality / F&B Management
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or event-focused venue
- Background in semi fine-dining or F&B operations is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and premium beverages is a plus
- Able to commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotational schedule
