Job summary

Waterstone Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a corporate banking support specialist to assist Relationship Managers with day-to-day operations, KYC, account openings, and loan-related tasks. You will help monitor credit conditions, prepare reports, and maintain accurate customer records.

The role requires a degree and 1–2 years of corporate banking experience, with diligence, responsibility, initiative, and strong communication skills to effectively support corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of corporate banking experience.
• Experience in corporate loan and credit administration and KYC process.
• Diligent, responsible, take initiative and communicate well to handle corporate client-related supportive and administrative matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Relationship Managers (RMs).
• KYC review, account opening, documentation, credit conditions monitoring, loan drawdown/rollover, and other loan/credit-related matters.
• Assist in daily interactions with clients and ensure contactability during office hours even when RMs are out of office.
• Assist Corporate Banking Dept and RMs in preparing statistics and reports and maintain updated customer information.

• To ensure contactability by clients during office hours even when RMs are out of office
• To assist Corporate Banking Dept and RMs in other credit-related tasks like preparation of statistics and reports and keep records of customer information updated.

• Degree Holder with 1-2 years of corporate banking related experience
• Experience in corporate loan and credit administration and KYC process
• Diligent, responsible, take work seriously and can take self-initiatives to support RMs and communicates well to handle corporate client-related supportive and administrative matters
