Job description

[What the role is]

The Assistant Regulatory Manager/ Senior Regulatory Executive of Complementary Health Products Branch will screen submissions for Chinese proprietary medicines, conduct compliance check, and manage enquiries.

[What you will be working on]

  • Screen submissions of Chinese proprietary medicines (CPM), manage processing timelines, track key performance indicators through dashboards, and analyse data to provide insights on submissions or optimise process workflows.
  • Conduct post-market compliance check to ensure the continued safety of marketed CPM, complementary health products and cosmetic products, including recommendations and follow-up on regulatory actions to ensure the safe and appropriate use of these products.
  • Manage enquiries and feedback from industry stakeholders and members of public, track key performance indicators through dashboards, and analyse data to provide insights on enquiries or identify.


[What we are looking for]

Experience & Knowledge

  • Possess Knowledge in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, biotechnology or related disciplines
  • Prior work experience is not a requirement
