Job Duties:
- Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
- Attend site briefing and attend site meeting, if applicable.
- Understanding projects contracts requirement, scope description according contract specification and drawings describe.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation including collection and checking for completeness of documents.
- Request / sources for quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers.
- Review interior renovation subcontracts between company and subcontracts including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures.
- Prepare PO for awarded supplier and subcontractors.
- Assist to prepare and analyse cost and quantity for tender / budget / post tender measurement.
- Responsible for the taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of submission.
- Assist in preparing work progress report.
- Prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and relevant authorities etc.
- Assist prepare, setting and review Standard Operation Procedure.
Able to complete tasks within timeline
- Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Construction Management or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Retails, Offices and Other Commercial Interior Fit-out coordination.
- Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
- Proficient in MS Office and possesses good communication skills.
- Responsible, good team player and able to work under pressure.
