Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in aviation quality field.
  • Trained Internal Quality Auditor or Lead Auditor.
  • Safety Management System trained will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Description

a) Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulatory requirements and quality standards
b) Administration of quality audit program, conduct of internal quality audits and vendor audits
c) Conduct of training on quality subjects, airworthiness regulations and human factors
d) Manage the Safety Management System program
e) Administration of approved vendor program
f) Perform capability evaluation reviews
g) Administrate and assessment of personnel for authorization approval
h) Conduct incident investigation, defect analysis and drive corrective actions
i) Participate in regulatory and customer audits
j) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by local law and company's policies.
k) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.
l) Support and participation in Continuous Improvement Program
m) Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

a) Diploma / Degree holder in mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering or equivalent
b) CAAS L11/L12 and H11 or equivalent will be advantageous
c) Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in aviation quality field
d) Knowledge on airworthiness regulatory requirements and AS9110 Standards
e) Trained Internal Quality Auditor or Lead Auditor
f) Safety Management System trained will be an added advantage
g) Good communication and writing skills
h) Willing to work excess hours when required
i) Able to travel in short notice
j) Possess knowledge of statistical tools and methodology
k) Good team player with positive attitude to learn, suggest constructive ideas and ability to handle tight datelines
