Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior QS capacity.
• Possess a degree in relevant field.
• Good working knowledge in contract law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare all cost estimates for tender projects.
• Support upgrading projects and tender exercises.
• Ensure timely claims submission to clients.
• Ensure accurate payment response from subcontractors.
• Provide contractual advisory to the team.
• Advise and recommend to meet clients’ business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.

2. Provide support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.

3. Provide support in projects and ensure timely on claims submission to clients.

4. To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.

5. Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.

6. Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients’ business needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years ‘experience in Senior QS capacity.

2. Possess a Degree in Civil/Building/Construction Management.

3. Good working knowledge in contract law.

4. Possess following Soft Skills:
