A leading company in the construction sector is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role involves managing cost estimates for tender projects, ensuring contract compliance, and advising clients on business needs. To succeed, candidates must have extensive experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.
2. Provide support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
3. Provide support in projects and ensure timely on claims submission to clients.
4. To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.
5. Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.
6. Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients’ business needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years ‘experience in Senior QS capacity.
2. Possess a Degree in Civil/Building/Construction Management.
3. Good working knowledge in contract law.
