Job description

1. Reporting to: Assistant QC Manager / QC Supervisor
   Job Summary:

• Set up and validate laboratory instruments through hands-on analytical testing.

• Review data, troubleshoot instrument issues, and ensure method reliability.

• Maintain quality, safety, and training documentation in line with ISO and IATF standards.

• Adhere to lab safety practices and maintain cleanliness.

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks accurately and on time.

• Perform other duties as assigned by QC leadership.
  
  2.Laboratory Assistant – Manual Wet Chemistry / Lab Testing

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products

• Perform manual wet chemistry analysis and other manual laboratory techniques

• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments

• Prepare and standardize chemical reagents; manage chemical inventory and waste

• Maintain accurate test records and support quality documentation

• Participate in quality procedures, safety protocols, and risk assessments

• Support procurement and ensure adequate lab supplies

• Carry out additional lab duties as required by Supervisor
