Job Description
  • Ensure our food safety systems (ISO, HACCP, SFA) are rock-solid and audit-ready

  • Lead and coach junior QA staff across both fresh noodle and tofu product lines

  • Conduct internal audits at our production lines and our logistics

  • Run food safety training for operational and production teams

  • Handle customer complaints, investigate root causes, and drive continuous improvement

  • Monitor product integrity and conduct testing for both local and export SKUs

  • Liaise with agencies such as SFA, NEA, MUIS, and ensure strict compliance

  • Support supplier audits and ingredient validation with our Operations Director

  • Drive Quality Improvement Programs across manufacturing and logistics

Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety in food manufacturing

  • WSQ Food Safety Certification Level 3 (preferred) — Level 2 or 1 considered

  • Strong understanding of ISO, HACCP, SFA requirements

  • Meticulous, analytical, and confident in handling audits and regulatory interactions

  • Bonus: Experience in noodle or tofu food production

  • 5.5-Day Work Week
