Job Responsibilities of QA Manager

Oversee QA activities in new product development to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Review quality performance, identify issues, recommend solutions, and guide NPI QA engineers to meet project timelines.
Lead process validation, collaborate with the project team on validation protocols, and assess product launch readiness.
Align quality specifications with customer expectations based on company capabilities.
Implement error prevention techniques for critical measurements.
Evaluate supplier engagement per the Supplier Approval Process during NPI.
Manage First Article and NPI Quality Team operations.
