A leading Manufacturing MNC located in Singapore seeks a QA & NPI Assistant Manager to join their QA team. This role involves overseeing QA activities for new product development and ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with a solid understanding of quality management principles.
Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an QA & NPI Assistant Manager to be part of their QA team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of QA & NPI Assistant Manager:
Lead and manage QA activities for new product development to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Support new projects by reviewing quality performance, resolving issues, and guiding NPI QA engineers.
Lead process validation efforts and assess readiness for product launch.
Collaborate with customers to define feasible quality specifications during NPI.
Ensure supplier evaluation aligns with the Supplier Approval Process.
Supervise First Article and NPI Quality team members.
Qualifications
Minimum diploma
3-5 years experience in quality management for NPI
Good understanding of ISO 13485 and validation
